              Students aspiring to seek admission in F.Y.B.Com./ F.Y.B.M.S./F.Y.B.Sc.(I.T.) courses are hereby instructed to attach following given below documents with admission form.

• Self – attested one photocopies of 10^th standard (S.S.C.) Marksheet and Passing certificate along with original.
• Self – attested two photocopies of 12^th standard (H.S.C.) Marksheet along with original.
• Self – attested two photocopies of 12^th standard (H.S.C.) Leaving Certificate along with original.
• Self – attested one photocopies of Adhar card along with original.
• Self – attested one photocopies of Voter ID card along with original.
• Self – attested two photocopies of Cast Certificate along with original.
• Ration card Xerox & Electricity Bill or Telephone Bill for address proof of their residence.
• Parent’s & Student’s Email ID and Mobile number is compulsory.
• Two passport size recent colour photographs.

F.Y.B.Com./F.Y.B.M.S./F.Y.B.Sc.(I.T.) courses admission form available on degree college office counter from 31^st May-2018 between 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
