Financial Assistance Policy
Financial support is to be provided to teaching staff of Anandibai Damodar Kale Degree College of Arts and Commerce.
Context
To encourage teachers to upgrade their knowledge and provide financial assistance to teachers to help them with the costs of professional development this policy has been formed.
Statement:
In the above context Anandibai Damodar Kale Degree College of Arts and Commerce provide financial support to teaching staff of the college to attend academic program.
Objectives
To motivate teaching staff to participate in faculty training programme such as Orientation Program, Refresher Courses, Short Term Courses, Seminar, Conference, Workshops, Symposium.
To encourage teaching staff to present research papers in academic programm.
Features
All teachers including permeant, full time, part time and temporary are eligible for financial assistance.
Application Process
- Teachers can apply for financial assistance by applying in writing to the principal.
The application must include the following information:
- The teacher’s name and contact information.
- Description of the professional development activity that the teacher is applying for funding for.
- A budget for the professional development activity.
Benefits
Travelling Allowance is given to the teaching staff.
Registration fees are reimbursed, upon submission of form and final approval of the Principal for attending Seminar, Conference, Workshops, FDPs, Orientation Program, Refresher Courses, Short Term Courses.
Duty Leave is provided to attend academic programmes.
Membership fees is provided to join Professional Bodies and Association
