Objective:

For the proper management of one of our most precious natural resources, water conservation is essential. The goals of water conservation are many and include: Public awareness and education; policy and regulation; innovation and technology; monitoring and data collection; collaboration and partnerships; long-term sustainability; reduced pollution; mitigation of drought and scarcity; reduced water waste; protection of ecosystems; energy efficiency; financial savings; mitigation of drought and scarcity; and promotion of food security.

The overall goals of water conservation are interrelated and are meant to tackle issues such as environmental degradation, water shortages, and the necessity of sustainable water management in light of the constraints posed by an expanding population and climate change.

Policy:

1. No water leakage will be found anywhere in college building.
2. All taps and water tank are being maintained annually. 
3. Providing clean and pure drinking water to people inside the campus.

Educate Students to save water with various activities

1. To develop a positive research attitude for enhancing a good quality research.
2. To encourage faculty members to undertake collaborative research projects and to get them sanctioned by National Funding Agencies.
3. To motivate and assist Faculties and Students in preparation, presentation and publication of research papers and in undertaking research initiatives.
4. To provide necessary infrastructural support like technology to take up research projects.
5. To provide Duty Leave, travel grant and required assistance in order to enhance the research activities of faculties.
6. To organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences to develop skills related to research among the faculties and students.
7. To provide required data and information to the faculties and students to take research initiatives.
